National examinations are implemented on all students in Grades 9 and 12 across schools in the Kingdom of Bahrain. These examinations are developed in line with international best practices in assessment and are based on specific test specifications.
The exams are carefully designed to reflect the competencies and skills outlined in Bahrain’s national curriculum, as well as relevant international standards. The core subjects assessed are as follows:
• Grade 9: Arabic, English, Mathematics, and Science
• Grade 12: Arabic, English, and Mathematical Skills
